1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — A registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, enabling access to games, the cashier, promotions, and all associated features.

• "Balance" — The aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the 5bmw6 Platform, accessing your Account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full;
• You have read and acknowledged the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and acknowledged the Responsible Gaming policy and commit to using the Platform in a responsible manner;
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;

3 Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 5bmw6 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, identities, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 5bmw6 Account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4.2 Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 5bmw6 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), valid Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or SSS/GSIS identification card. Verification is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of document submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. All activities conducted through your Account while authenticated — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are deemed to have been performed by you. 5bmw6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are typically credited to your 5bmw6 wallet within minutes of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within three (3) to ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to sixty (60) minutes. 5bmw6 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-fraud review prior to release.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. Crypto deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 5bmw6 will notify the account holder via the registered contact details prior to applying any dormant account administration fee as permitted under Applicable Law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers made available on the 5bmw6 Platform — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Players who have completed the KYC verification process unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Each Player may claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal;

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Players are advised to review the specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game before wagering. The following general gaming conditions apply to all game categories on the Platform:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bmw6 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any assumed identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the facilitation of illegal transactions;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to derive an artificial advantage — commonly known as "game abuse";
• Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes or coordinate bet placement in a manner designed to manipulate results;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate payment transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or on behalf of a person in such a jurisdiction;
• Sharing login credentials with, or granting account access to, any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bmw6 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the property of 5bmw6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 5bmw6.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 5bmw6 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

5bmw6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable time;
• Identification of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a direction or order from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement agency;
• At the Company's reasonable discretion where continued Account operation poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 5bmw6 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC completion.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or any other aspect of the 5bmw6 Platform, you should first contact our Customer Support team using the contact details in Section 17. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and resolve them within five (5) business days.

For game outcome disputes, the Company's internal records — including server-side logs — shall be the primary and authoritative source of evidence. Any claim relating to a game outcome must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The Platform is operated subject to and in compliance with the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

5bmw6 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Players via email to the registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of the Terms is always available at https://5bmw6.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
